Representing before the Board as well as the Appellate Tribunal, High Courts and Supreme Court of India pertaining to issues of tariff and its components, dedicated pipelines, disputes emanating out of common carrier and contract carrier.

Drafting and assisting in negotiating Exploration and Production Sharing Agreements, Gas Transmission Agreements, LNG Supply Agreement, Pipeline Transportation Contracts, Power Purchase Contracts, operating and sales contracts for crude oil and gas, offtake agreements, drilling contracts, equipment leasing agreements etc.
