The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 seeks to create a unified framework for resolving insolvency and bankruptcy in India. The Code applies to companies, partnerships, limited liability partnerships, individuals and any other body specified by the central government. The Firm has been involved in complex litigations relating to winding up of corporate entities and other insolvency proceedings before NCLTs, NCLAT and the related matters in various High Courts and Supreme Court.
