Legislative

This area of practice is not constrained to a particular branch of law or area of practice. It has within its ambit all kinds of legislative and delegated legislative drafting along with consultation which are delivered by Ritam Legal either as an incidental scope of work coupled with a larger integrated project or we deliver it with Government/ Regulatory interface as a one on one consultation process. Here, we deliver the complete draft from its very scratch till approval/ adoption/ notification of the same, after factoring all stakeholders comments and committee reports.
